POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have received and reviewed a copy of the by-laws. I understand that it is my responsibility to uphold the by-laws to the best of my ability and if I disobey the by-laws in any way I will be subject to disciplinary action. It is my responsibility that if I need clarification on any of the by-laws, I should approach an Officer immediately. As a member I am obligated to report anything I see that may be in direct violation of a by-law to an Officer as soon as possible and not take action into my own hands.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, the undersigned, fully understand that, by signing this legal document, that Legal Jeepers reserves the right to contact you regarding membership acceptance at any time. I understand that the sport of four-wheeling can be inherently dangerous and can result in bodily injury and/or death, and that vehicle damage is inevitable. Legal Jeepers, club Officers, club members, and landowners will be not be held liable for any loss, liability, damage or cost that I may incur due to participation of club activities. I understand that any non-member in my vehicle is my sole responsibility and must also adhere to Legal Jeeper by-laws.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I, the undersigned, agree not to abuse the usage of electronic forms of communication offered to me as a member of Legal Jeeper. This includes, but is not limited to: e-mail, club message boards, website content and/or domain name, etc. If I abuse the usage of this membership benefit, I understand that I may be subject to disciplinary action as decided by the Officers and the membership.
